Based at Camarillo Airport, the Southern California Wing of the Commemorative Air Force is housed in hangars that are devoted to preserving, maintaining, displaying, and flying World War II aircraft. Currently, there are nine aircraft in the inventory, including a Spitfire, Grumman Bearcat and a Mitchell Bomber. There is also a library available for those who would like to do aviation research, with emphasis on World War II. The library includes books, manuals, magazines, videos and photos.

The Camarillo Ranch House is the historic Adolfo Camarillo Ranch featuring a stunning Queen Anne style Victorian home. The Ranch now serves the community as a cultural, event and educational center, and includes the mansion, barn, stable and tack room. Docent-conducted tours of the ranch is are offered three days a week on Wednesdays and Sundays from 12 to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Museum is a non-profit organization that preserves a natural history collection specializing in eggs and nests of birds from all over the world. It's a research and education institution dedicated to bird conservation. The Foundation's fundamental mission is to obtain, protect, and manage ornithological collections in a manner that ensures their accessibility to researchers, educators, students, and the public. Public tours are conduct on the last Friday of every month at 3 p.m. Call ahead.

The museum houses many Chumas Indian and pioneer family artifacts, photos and documents. It has one of only three rare Chumas Indian woven baskets in Ventura County and several Camarillo family artifacts, pictures and clothing. The botanical garden is a teaching garden and is designed for children to learn how the pioneers lived. The research library contains many early book describing the history of the Chumas and the early settlers.
