One of the premier non-profit photographic galleries in the United States. It is dedicated to the Monterey Peninsula's tradition of excellence in fine-art photography. Established in 1992, the Center is supported by memberships, grants and gifts that are used to fund an ongoing program of exhibitions, workshops and publications. The organization endeavors to promote a better understanding and awareness of many different approaches to the photographic medium. Located at San Carlos & 9th.
