Casa del Herrero’s eleven-acre estate is open for public tours from mid-February to mid-November. Trained Docents interpret the history of the Steedman home, gardens, and workshop. Docent-led tours for adults and children age 10 and above are scheduled Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and last approximately 90 minutes. Admission is $20 per person. Reservations required. Come and experience this gracious Montecito estate.

The unique architectural style is known as "Pueblo Revival," which is a blend of missionary design and Pueblo Indian construction. Located steps from the famous 4 Seasons Resort, this beach is known for its quiet location and beautiful sunsets. Butterfly Beach gives the impression of a private beach, so it is used mostly by residents and Four Seasons guests, but it is open to the public.

Lotusland is a unique 37-acre estate and botanic garden situated in the foothills of Montecito to the east of the city of Santa Barbara. The gardens of the estate were created by Madame Ganna Walska, who owned the property from 1941 until her death in 1984. Tours of Lotusland are offered at 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM, Wednesday through Saturday between mid-February and mid-November. Reservations are required. 805-969-9990.

Established in 1911, it is the third oldest polo facilities in the United States. In addition to three polo fields, which host international outdoor competitions, the club offer exceptional equestrian facilities, eight tennis courts, swim/fitness and social activities for all ages. They also have polo lessons and group camps.

Spread across a knoll overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Barbara Zoological Gardens features a variety of animals from around the world, a petting zoo, a train ride and 30 acres (12 hectares) of botanical gardens. Of the many species found at the zoo, 14 are part of an international species survival plan. The Santa Barbara Zoo is home to 160 species of mammals, reptiles, birds and insects. More than 500 animals are exhibited in open, naturalistic habitats.

The museum continues to preserve and restore the vehicles from yesteryear. Stop by and inspect our collection, one of the largest in the United States. In addition, our collection of saddles is second to none. The collection includes saddles once owned by Will Rogers, Clark Gable, Cisco Kid, Jimmy Stewart plus others. The collection consists of over 50 saddles once belonging to famous people, such as Cisco Kid, Will Rogers, Clark Gable, Jimmy Stewart and many others.
