In February, celebrate Mardi Gras with a parade and masquerade ball. The Teddy Bear Convention comes to town in April. June is time for the Nevada City Bicycle Classic. The annual Summer Nights street festival takes place on 3 consecutive Wednesday nights in July. Nevada County Fair returns in August. Constitution Day Parade marches through town in September. Old-fashioned Victorian Christmas is the highlight of the holiday season with five days of celebration during December.
